Welcome to the 2023 Autism Cares Foundation Race 4 Resources Expo page!
The Autism Cares Foundation is hosting our Resources Expo on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Bucks County Community College. The Expo will be part of a large run / walk event called 'Race 4 Resources'. The run & walk starts and finishes at the college with courses through scenic Tyler State Park. The Expo will be presented in a fun environment and will feature music, moon bouncing, face painting, and more to entertain the entire family. Plus enjoy savory food from Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill and Bonefish Grill.
We are seeking service providers for our Resources Expo that offer services to people having Autism and other Disabilities as our organization helps many types of disabilities. The Expo allows families to investigate different service providers about various resources being offered, which is one of their largest challenges.
It provides you, as a service provider, the rare opportunity to have a large audience (anticipate over 1,000 people) to share your offerings and potentially increase your client base. Showcase your organization and show your support for the disability community by participating in the annual "Race 4 Resources - Resources Expo".
Fee:
The fee for a table is $75 for non-profits and $100 for other businesses.
Included in the fee is a 6' table with tablecloth and 2 chairs.
Food/Drink Tickets
Arrive no later than 7:15 am for setup.
Vehicles will not be allowed in the area after 7:30 am
Be ready to have guests visit by 8:00 am
Table Rules / Event Info:
1. Tables are for resources and information only.
2. Number of tables are limited so please register early.
3. Organizations may give away literature, novelty items, t-shirts, pens, and the like
4. Organizations cannot sell any merchandise.
5. Organizations cannot solicit for contributions or donations
6. Please do not bring more than 3 volunteers to help with your table.
7. The attached Waiver must be submitted with your registration.
8. The Resources Expo will start at 8:00 am and continue until 12:00PM
